1. HOW TO PLAY: Visit GotoSweepstakes.com at http://www.GotoSweepstakes.com, and register to become a new user. You will be asked to provide some
of your details.
You must also choose a password, which you must submit each time you play our 'Guess the Price' contest.
Upon registration, each participant will be allowed to guess the price of all the three items. We will then
add them up to get the total price you guessed.
You can play this game upto three times a day. All entries become the property of GotoSweepstakes.com and will not be returned.
2. HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED: Each time you submit your entry, we record it in our database. At the end
of the month, we will compare all you entries submitted during that month with the pre-determined price we picked.
If your pick matches our winning total, then we will award you the games software CD set. In case more than one
entry matches our winning total, then we will have a drawing to pick a lucky winner.
Should there be no perfect matching entry, then we will pick all the entries that are
within five (5) percent of the winning total and will have a lucky draw to pick one
winning entry.
All prizes will be awarded provided you meet all the eligibility criterion.
Prize winners will be posted on the GotoSweepstakes.com website within seven days after
the selection of the winning entries. 'Guess the Price' contest will be
administered by GotoSweepstakes.com.,
whose decisions are final. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the total
number of entries we receive. Limit one prize per person, household or email
address per day. In the event of a dispute, the information in our database will govern.
3. PRIZES: Top prize of 10 Games 3 CD Set for entry matching our pre-determined price.
No other prizes will be awarded for this promotion.
No substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed.
4. ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 18 years or older to play and must
be a legal resident of United States. This promotion is void
in Puerto Rico and is void where prohibited by law.
Principals and employees of SoftCorp International, Inc., and its
respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members
of each are not eligible (immediate family consists of husband, wife,
mother, father, sister, brother or children). This contest is governed
by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, local and provincial
laws apply.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: 'Guess the Price' entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official
rules and by the decisions of the judges which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to
this contest. All taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Prize winners will be required to execute and return an
notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release within 10 days following attempted
notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Winners will be required
to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver's license, passport, a voting card or
similar government issued identification. Return of any prize / prize notification as undeliverable may result
in disqualification.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for GotoSweepstakes.com to
use /publish winners' picture, proper name, city and state of residence online, in print and in any other media
in connection with this site without paying additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless

technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of GotoSweepstakes.com which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, GotoSweepstakes.com
reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. GotoSweepstakes.com assumes no
responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of, entries. GotoSweepstakes.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any
telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer

Monthly Free T-Shirt Drawing Rules

of your details. You must also choose a password, which you must submit
each time you enter our 'Monthly Free T-Shirt Drawing'. You can enter this drawing
up to three times a day. All entries become the property of GotoSweepstakes.com
and will not be returned.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected in an electronically
randomized manner on or about the Monday after the contest ends.
GotoSweepstakes.com reserves the right to modify and/or extend scheduling
of the Contest without prior notice. If the judges determine in their sole
discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with
the giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the
giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or
terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using
all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Limit one prize
per person, household or email address per month. Odds of winning a prize are
